At this time, Ford will cease to use the X.400 protocol provided by the BT service and will require all their suppliers to connect to them, either directly or indirectly, using the OFTP protocol. For indirect connections, the DINET VAN is an obvious choice for suppliers, as for the last 10 years it has been the de facto service of choice for Ford themselves.
