Tactical Issues is an area where you can find help sourcing EDI and VAN services - integration questions will be answered as well questions around label printing, mapping, etc. Strategic Issues is where you can find help on what areas to look at when considering process improvements, S&OP, forecasting methodology, labor imrpovements, etc. The forums are managed by professionals with the expertise to help you solve your problems.
