Over the years there has been a greater and greater need to watch over and insure that the order you send out to your client are correct, on time and invocied properly. Essentially you are under pressure to ship the Perfect Order, every time. Now we are able to offer the industry a cost-effective solution driven by data suppliers and retailers already work with – EDI. For many years now, Retailers and their suppliers have traded EDI documents as a normal course of business. It is the perfect choice as even the most expensive ERP's are designed to manage your business processes - not your client's requirements, which change regularly.
In the case of Order-to-cash reporting, we are talking about the 850, 856 and 810 documents (With associated 997's). We receive carbon copies of each and provide reports which provide exception reports on which orders shipped with missing product, which orders are about to ship late, when invoices don't match ASN (Advanced shipment notice), tells you when your client doesnt receive a 997, etc. We take all of the related EDI documents by trading partner and use them to form a "Process" which has business rules and policies mapped to it. For example: if you send out 99 units and try to invoice for 100, we will notify you - thus preventing a concealed shortage (Charge back).
This is a SaaS-based, in the “Cloud” system which enables user’s significant visibility, including:
• Check reports,
• Download and/or distribute reports
• Drill down and look for trends
• Receive alerts based on exceptions

Setup Information
To get started there are really just a couple of things needed. We need your EDI data (In the original format – you don’t map anything). This can come to us via FTP, AS2 or VAN. It’s that easy.
