There are a host of errors which can trigger charge backs.  Each can result in a fine or offset expense reducing or removing the opportunity to show profit on orders.  Here is a partial list of errors we track:

     • Invoice quantity does not match ASN
     • IA Reference missing
     • Incorrect use of the preferred LTL or TL carrier
     • Invoice for product that was not shipped
     • Missing carrier code or reference number
     • Order IA Reference don’t match
     • Order shipped after cancellation date/deadline
     • Shipped location does not match order
     • Shipping date on invoice does not match ASN
