Over the last week or so we have been harping on EDI-based reporting. The published a quick survey which has been fairly well received in that responses are over what we thought we would get. Based on those responses I can say most companies are looking for POS reporting and Order-to-cash (Reverse Score Card) reporting - PROVIDED the following happens: {jcomments on}
1. It must be less expensive!
2. They want hand off (Theirs) technical setup
3. Most EDI providers don't offer comprehensive reporting
4. Most companies don't explore it further because they don't want to be charge for their EDI traffic twice.

There were a lot of responses which have prompted us to put together another series of questions (Just 14-15). We would appreciate your help on these. Asking a question sometimes raises others.
